Course Descriptions

Advanced Rifle 2 Man Team - $200

Course Objective:  The most common size element encountered in law enforcement is the Two Man Team. Special thought and tactics need to be incorporated to maximize the efficiency of this small but very effective team. This program is essential for all personnel who work with a partner. Advanced rifle / Two Man Team is a very demanding and fast paced training course that focuses on the employment of Two Man Teams to operate in unison with each other.  This is not a beginner course and prior to being accepted to attend the student most prove advanced skill level through previous courses completed or job experience.

Arkansas CHL - $80 or $150 with Basic Gun Handling Combo Register

Course Objective:  If you are carrying a handgun without obtaining an Arkansas Concealed Handgun License, you are violating the Law, and the State of Arkansas will treat you as a criminal. The Arkansas General Assembly has provided citizens with an opportunity to be legal and law abiding by obtaining an Arkansas Concealed Handgun License. You must attend training and apply for your license before it will be issued.

If you are registering for CHL and are not an experienced shooter we highly recommend that you also register for Basic Gun Handling. We will give you a $10 discount off your total payment AND you will have the opportunity to complete the shooting portion of your CHL class during the Basic Gun Handling class.

Basic Gun Handling - $80 or $150 with Arkansas CHL Combo Register

Course Objective: This course is designed for the person who lacks skills and confidence in operating their handgun.  In plain terms: if you want to feel more comfortable handling a gun, this is the class for you. 

If you are registering for CHL and are not an experienced shooter we highly recommend that you also register for Basic Gun Handling. We will give you a $10 discount off your total payment AND you will have the opportunity to complete the shooting portion of your CHL class during the Basic Gun Handling class.

Topics covered will include:
  • Basic Gun Safety
  • Gun Storage
  • Proper Ways to Carry a Handgun
  • Drawing the Handgun
  • Marksmanship (Stance, Grip, Trigger Control, etc.)

  • Manipulation of the Handgun (Loading, Unloading, Clearing Malfunctions)

Classes are private and done on a closed range.  There won't be anyone else around to watch.  Classes can be for one individual or small groups of friends are welcome.  We have a very flexible schedule…daytime, evenings, weekdays or weekends.

Course Objective: A course to familiarize shooters with the rules and protocol of qualifying and competing in IDPA matches. The classroom instruction will be followed by shooting a classifier. The course is not required in order to shoot in the classifier.

Rifle II - $100 

Course Objective: This course will build off of what was learned in Basic Rifle.  It is designed to take the Rifle Operator to the next level. When the student graduates this course, he will be confident and proficient in his marksmanship and weapons handling skills. In addition, he will also possess an in depth knowledge of the weapons system itself.

Topics covered will include: 
  • Weapons Safety
  • Range Conduct
  • Equipment selection for the rifle
  • Shooting on the move
  • Shooting from abnormal positions
  • Shooting in pair
  • Team movements

Shotgun I - $80

Course Objective: This course is designed to take one of the most commonly owned weapons and give the student the utmost certainty in their ability to operate the shotgun with authority.  Upon completion of the course the student will have the ability to engage targets out to 25 yards with buckshot.  Shooting slug drills with teach the student how they can extend the range of their shotgun out to 100 yards.
