Jon Hodoway
Jon is a partner in NCTA. He has enjoyed hunting and shooting since childhood and it was something he and his dad shared in common. After taking a couple of decades off to raise his first 4 daughters, he finally had the time and money to devote to really pursuing his dream. He began to shoot IDPA, which was just getting started at the time, and also to train with some of the best trainers in the United States including Will Andrews, William April, Dr. Martin Topper, Alan Brosnan, Charles W. Chadwick, Earnest Langdon, Gerald Goss, Hany Mahmoud, Jerry Miculek, John Hearne, Karl Rehn, Massad Ayoob, Steve Moses, Steve Rogers and Tom Givens.
Jon's philosophy in shooting is, "You can focus on the bang or you can focus on getting better. There is a time and a place for both. But when you're ready to get better...come to NCTA."
Jon is a graduate of:
Lethal Force Institute Level I-IV (Winner of Signed Five Dollar Bill from Mas)
Range Master Level II, IV (class winner of shoot off) Basic Handgun Instructor (Top Gun)
